What’s Included:

• First, the nurse assesses your condition and treatment needs to develop a personalized care plan.
• Next, the nurse monitors vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate, to ensure stability throughout the treatment.
• After that, the nurse assists with wound care and dressing changes to promote faster healing and prevent infections.
• Then, the nurse carefully cleans the wound and applies superficial dressings as needed.
• Throughout the process, the nurse manages dressing changes and closely tracks the healing progress to support proper recovery.
• Additionally, the nurse educates you on proper wound care, including self-care techniques and follow-up care instructions, so you can take an active role in your healing journey.

Services Not Included:

• Drainage or tube care
• Bathing and personal hygiene services, such as haircuts or nail trimming
• Suturing services

Add-On Services (Charged Separately):

Depending on your condition, the visiting nurse may first recommend further investigations for a more accurate diagnosis. If necessary, the nurse may also provide additional wound or surgical dressing care. Since these services extend beyond standard care, they require separate charges.

Examples of Add-On Services:

• If the service exceeds 45 minutes, you will incur additional charges.
• Likewise, you will need to pay extra for additional dressing materials.
• Furthermore, if you require a doctor consultation or prescription, additional fees will apply.
